Concerned about climate change? Want to stop talking and start doing? Join the Queens Climate Project at our Jackson Heights Goes Green WE LOVE ACTIVISM Happy Hour on Thursday February 13th, 6:30-8:30, at Queensboro Restaurant (80th St. and Northern Blvd) and learn about concrete actions you can take. Call and email politicians, talk strategy, and connect with other concerned Queens neighbors, all while enjoying drink specials and great conversation!

• Ensure that NY’s historic climate legislation gets the funding it needs for implementation

• Get plastic bottles and straws out of our environment

• Bring solar power and sustainable practices to our schools
